Certified Peer Support Specialists W-2 Employee

Certified Peer Support Specialists provide services through The Village at Work, supporting employees through respectful, person-centered, non-clinical peer support, encouragement, and resource navigation.

Applicants must hold an active Peer Support Specialist certification. Selected team members will also receive training in the Mommy Break Solutions approach to service delivery, including confidentiality, professional boundaries, documentation, workplace professionalism, resource navigation, and The Mommy Break Way of creating supportive spaces where people feel heard, respected, and empowered.

Peer Support Specialists may provide services virtually and on-site at participating employer locations and may assist with resource research, follow-up, program engagement, and other activities that support successful program delivery.

We are looking for individuals who understand the importance of shared understanding, personal choice, confidentiality, professional boundaries, and listening without judgment.

Administrative Support  W-2 Employee

Administrative team members support the daily operations of Mommy Break Solutions LLC and its programs.

Responsibilities may include scheduling, communication, documentation, organization, data entry, participant and employer coordination, maintaining records, assisting with program materials, and other general administrative responsibilities.

We are looking for individuals who are organized, dependable, detail-oriented, professional, comfortable working with technology, and able to manage information responsibly while following established procedures.

Sales Representative  1099 Independent Contractor | Commission-Based

Sales Representatives help introduce The Village at Work to employers and develop relationships with organizations interested in bringing workplace peer support and resource navigation to their employees.

Responsibilities may include identifying prospective employer partners, conducting outreach, connecting with organizational decision-makers, introducing The Village at Work, generating qualified leads, scheduling presentations or meetings, following up with prospective partners, and supporting the relationship-building process as organizations consider partnering with Mommy Break Solutions.

This is an independent contractor opportunity with commission-based compensation. Sales Representatives should be self-motivated, comfortable developing professional relationships, confident communicating with business leaders, and able to clearly communicate the purpose and value of The Village at Work while representing Mommy Break Solutions with professionalism and integrity.
